Christian Ethics - Part 2

Not many responses to the first one, but here are a couple more to get your teeth into:

  • Are there every any cirumstances in which a doctor should test a patient for HIV/AIDS without informing the patient that they are doing so?
  • On what grounds is it legitimate to offer amnesty from prosecution to a known terrorist or criminal in return for information leading to the conviction of his/her accomplices?
